Poem by Yash (Jan 10, 2019): Tiger

Photo by GEORGE DESIPRIS on Pexels.com

Look at my stripes,

Look at their black.

Is it fact or is it fiction?

I might eat sugar cane,

I lack a gold mane.

Was that me?

There is no key. Or is there?

Look at those footprints in the mud,

Look at that break through the shrub.

I have an orange coat,

And sometimes I’ll eat villager’s goats.

I am the tiger.
